CPU usage 75% AMD Threadripper 3960x

Hi Folks,

A few weeks ago i started using Corona render 5 in combination with the new 2021 version of 3ds Max. Most of the time i'm working with Sketchup / vray, because of my new computer build I want to work with a full CPU render system. Unfortunately during my render sessions i'm reaching a 70 / 75 % CPU level instead of 100% , Temps are between 40 / 50 celsius. 

Specs:

Windows 10

CPU: AMD Threadripper 3960x
Board: MSI TRX 40 Pro 
Ram: 64 GB DDR4 3200
Video: MSI 2080 Super
Cooling: NZXT Z72

What's wrong :)?

It happens in all scenes? Old, new? I had similar issue but in my case it was 50% usage and it was limited just to few older scenes made on my previous system. I still don't know what was all about.

I don't have a lot of old stuff to tryout, strange thing is , till yesterday it was working fine on 100% till every 10 minutes the program crashed. I've tested Version 5 and 4 several times , in the end I re installed windows 10 and now I'm here :(.

It's hard to tell but do you have all drivers up to date? What about Bios?

Hi. Check the CPU temps. Maybe it's a cooler problem.
