Hey all,

I had been using a daily build from April up until a few days ago when I installed the latest Corona 5. After doing that, my toolbar no longer works. The buttons all show up but they don't respond to clicks and when you hover over them they show characters such as >>>@!$<<< .

Now before you suggest it, I have already read the help page about this exact issue. I deleted the toolbar from the customize user interface menu in Max. Closed Max and then uninstalled Corona from Add/Remove Programs. I then reinstalled Corona and opened Max but the issue remains.

Is there anything else I can try? This is 3ds Max 2015.

Thanks

Hi,

It's a bit of a nuke all solution, but it may be worth deleting your enu folder, this will reset your 3ds envrionment.

I would first recommend renaming this folder and seeing if it fixes the issue before deleting it.

C:\Users\USERNAMEAppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2015 - 64bit\ENU

Thanks,

Rowan

You said that you already saw the article, but what you are describing sounds exactly like point 2 here: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000042151
Did you try the solution listed there? Was there no improvement whatsoever?
