Fantastic. Love the mix of Eastern Europe with Steinbeck's Cannery Row story unfolding in front :- ).

I mean it in best way.. I really enjoy this Marek Denko-level grounded fantasy images with shit ton of detail.

Wow next level stuff! Very impressive. Details are great, lighting is fantastic. I have to agree with Juraj about the Marek Denko comment, especially when I seen the close up of the glass bottles and the moody sky.

How did you do the model of the man? How long did this project take in total?

Hi. Thank you.
I used  makehuman for base mesh and the rest was done in Zbrush (proportions, face, hands, legs, and details).
Then i baked it in substance painter and made all the textures in it. The final model that you see is low poly  with normal maps and displacement.
Clothing was made in marvelous designer and then re-simulated in 3ds max because the cloth simulation in max was more delicate. Again textures were made in substance painter.

I don´t know how much time i spent with this project but it is very old one.
It was 2012 when i started it.
I haven't worked on it for several years and has been reworked many times.... so this year  i decided that it was finaly the time to finish it :D

I don´t know why but i had better result from the maxl. It was more detailed.
I just made quick animation of the man how he is sitting on the roof and it was done :)
