Hard critique needed

Hello, friends!
Since I registered here and started to post it has been the most helpful and the most honest experience and critique!
Now again I need your critique for two renders below. Somehow I just have received a refuse in posting these images in local archviz online gallery with reasons of "overall weak works". Please, understand, I'm not pretending to be Alex Roman or Jacub Chech, neither I will not give up polishing my skills and this is why I need your help.
Can you look closely on these two renders and say what you like and what you don't like? What are the weakest points of these visualizations?

I already know about not closed butts of gutters and there are no fixings for the gutters visible
