Just an update here, becase Caezar contacted us about the issue again.
This seems to fix the issue:
.\3dsmaxcmd.exe -gammaCorrection:1 -gammaValueIn:2.2 -gammaValueOut:2.2 -script "path-to-script\m.ms" "path-to-scene\m.max"
