Ive been trying to send an image to rebus and i have a lut loaded into a colour correct on a material (Dubcats specular to IOR) and according to rebus they dont support this.
It took me over an hour to explain to them that it isnt a plugin or a scripted shader. Has anyone had any issues with .3dl files?

In the end i had to remove it due to time constraints and just adjust the material a bit to look somewhat right.

Also for some reason lightmix settings get entirely ignored on Rebus. WTF.

I've used the dubcat's LUt file without issues previously, though that was the dubcat_Roughness_to_IOR_beta1.CUBE and not a .3dl file

I tried both. They have asked me for the file over wetransfer so their devs can have a look.
Absolute Joke because it passes their aptly named 'smart' checker and uploads fine.

I got in touch with Rebus and they claim .3dl files are supported but in this particular case the respective .3dl file was not uploaded with the scene. They recommend "testing the render before submitting for final". Since I'm not too familiar with their submission procedures, I assume this means you can upload the scene and do a test render to see if it's ok before committing to the full render.

The 3dl file was included and i ran their checker three or four times on the scene and each time it passed. It runs within max before it sends it to rebus so you cant test render.
Support said the 3dl was missing but it was an issue with their rebus checker it just straight up didnt copy the 3dl files into the archive it sends to the farm.
