Hard to tell, but could it be an accurate reflection (just what is it reflecting from behind the camera?) If so you'll need to add something there to reflect, kind of looks at the moment like there is a vertical white card or light, then a gap with a black environment, then the white ground plane - so you'd need to avoid that gap. The other thing it might be reflecting is some environment image with the black in it.

Hi. I think Tom is spot on. There are black fields in all the reflections, so it's most likely a correct reflection of a black area of the environment.

Yes, it reflects the image of the environment. I added an image to the reflectBGoverride slot but it does not look natural, it does not smooth transition

Honestly, I'd be looking at better placement for the rings. The way they are right now isn't very flattering or inviting.

Agree to that. I would also try to remove top plane, change bottom plane to shadow catcher, find more interesting HDRI and/or manually add reflection cards around the rings. Also add some details to the metal's glossiness map, so it won't look such CG.
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

Here's my quick example. Softbox overhead and a gradient of white/black/white for the environment.
