Save button not working

The only save I can do from the VFB is with the save CXR. If I want to just save a quick jpeg just by clicking on the save button once, nothing happens. It is the same with 1.6 HF1, HF2. It use to work??

Hi and sorry for a delayed reply.
Is this still happening, or did you find a solution somehow? If it's still there, can you explain what exactly is happening, or even better, record a video, or share a couple of screenshots showing this?

Hi, No problem. Not sure what changed? It isn't happening anymore but if it does I will make a video for sure.

Just found a solution.

Delete ENU folder from the following location:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\201x - 64bit

Make sure you create a backup before.
