i use 3ds max for modeling .. if i saved the file as obj .. and re import it again in 3ds max .. the model be like that! ( attached file)
because i liked uvlayout for unwraping and after that i saved the file and import it again to 3ds max.
i try to just save the file as obj and import it again to 3ds max and the problem occurred.
hope someone help me with this big issue

What happens if you apply to the new imported mesh a smooth modifier and turn on the AUTO SMOOTH option?

Are the smoothing groups options both checked on when you import/export? Or better yet, can you post screens of your import/export option dialogs?

Thanks alot guys for your comments .. but i didn't sit with out checking all options and i found this was the prblem.
i had to check the Normals to be faceted

i think you know this guys already.. but i post the solution for guys like me :D
