Corona 1.5.1 and error 127

Hello.

Could you please help me. I'm attempting to install Corona 1.5.1 and error 127 appears every time. I already tried solutions from these articles:

and no effect. May be other solutions also exist? I would be very happy to hear about any ways to solve this.

I have installed vc_redist.2015.update3.x64.exe manually. Windows6.0-KB2999226-x64.msu stated that this not applied to my system. All windows updates have been installed as well.
Corona 1.4 is working fine on the same PC with Windows Vista x64 and 3ds Max 2014 SP5.

Inactive thread, but updating information just to clarify: we no longer support Windows Vista.
