Hello!

I wanted to extend another big thanks to the team for corona 1.4, I've been using it for personal projects but trying it out for production now.

Quick question, I've now installed Max 2017 and Corona 1.4 is working well, however, I just tried to download the Siger Preview Material Set in the resources tab of the main Corona site, and it needs Bercon maps (I believe the noise map) to work. The Bercon 2015 compile works for max 2016, but I get an Error Loading Plug-in DLL when trying to load Max 2017.

I know this isn't directly corona related, but any chance anyone knows how I can get Bercon Maps to work for Max 2017 for the Siger corona shader set?

Thanks again!
Andy

Did you tried to contact Siger itself? Afterall if he sells his product that's dependant on third party plugin, he must either ensure that this plugin works with new 3ds max or mark his product as incompatible with 3ds max 2017.

OTOH, Siger redid some bercon maps from scratch and offers them for free on his site. It's worth to check if he replaced bercon maps by his own maps in Siger materials as well.
I'm not Corona Team member. Everything i say, is my personal opinion only.

Yup I've contacted Siger using their site's contact form. Will let you know if I hear anything back.

Thanks.

Hi,
now I have no free time at all... But in near future all materials (also in Corona resources) will be remade with my noise maps (now compatible with Max 2017).

P. S. To andych82 - strange, but I not receive your email. Sorry, sometime my mail servers very capricious :)
