Procedural Ocean/Sea + Foam shader

So you want ocean shader or ocean mesh generator? If answer is latter, then you can also search for Houdini Ocean Toolkit for 3ds max.

Procedural Ocean shader with foam ... seems that this plugin has material presets ...

It looks like it says directly on that page that they do not provide any shaders or presets.
