For stopping the interactive , right click then click on stop not click on perspective and so ...

or only rightclick on interactive extended view for stop ...

Leftclick = Start , Rightclick = Stop

Definitely useful. Some GUI for the IR controls would be great. But, you do know about the "max passes" option for IR? I usually set it to 8 for simple stuff.

... or simply double click to start/stop + a small "stopped" txt in upper right corner of docked IR when stopped.

Would be extremely useful IMHO :)

Pass limit just does that.

I use pass limit, but it doesn't stop IR from restart rendering if I change something (obviously), and it doesn't give me the option to f.e. recalculate displacement for a larger area than originally calculated.
