[Max] I need help! / Bloom Glare results inconsistent with Light Materials in Animation

Been having issues with certain cameras in the same scene not adding light material objects to the bloom & glare pass. This error is inconsistent and even replicates on the same machine/nodes.
Currently setup with a UHD cache per camera, could this be an issue with my render settings?
