Is there a possibility to render hidden edges and have different linestyles (like dashed for example)? What about edge extensions, wiggly lines?
Maybe its done on purpose in the sample renderings... but edge lines seem a bit blurry and not sharp at all.

Please please pretty please could we finally get a toon outline shader? Or even just expand coronawire to include a profiles mode (like sketchup profiles) without needing to outline every face?

At work currently to produce elevations with just the profiles outlined and not every polygon we are relying on a free third party exporter to export to sketchup and then produce them in there. If corona had the ability to render outlines it would have saved me genuinely weeks of work in the last two months.

It has been requested since 2014 for the exact same purpose and theres a TON of support for it every time someone posts about it. I dont think ive seen many people asking for ink and paint style shading. Just this outlines feature.

I imagine youll say you cant make any commitments to features etc etc and to post it in the feature requests etc which is fine. But toon outlines have been requested since the beta days and are consistently requested still and are one of the most backed and popular requests every time its mentioned. So if you could consider this for v13 it would make lots of your core user base very happy.

Agree 100%. But it seems they just don't care what customers are asking for for almost a decade. Corpo behaviour at its finest, thanks to Chaos I guess.

Agree with snail paced development. Look at the competition, like D5 for example. Every release is packed with useful features and probably has much less developers (26 people in company afaik).
We are waiting for Sketch shader for ages now. At least in next version add that. It should be able to produce technical lines too (like FinalToon) with possibility to render only as a pass.  It was on the Trello roadmap but it's gone.

+ 100 for Toon effect ... not the whole shader, just lines rendering would be more than enough. Visible, invisible, different line-types, line colours etc. Something like FinalToon/Illustrate! or even more simple. Vector output is a plus, but not necessary.
As an architect/interior designer/3D guy this would come sooo handy countless of times. Not just for strict archvis, but also as an addition for shop drawings of furniture for example.

Common guys, this was on Trello board for ages (now removed???) - let's do this! :)

+ please make it work with HDRI lighting/backgrounds too :)  Pretty much useless if it's only accessible in Corona Sky map.

Any news regarding this issue, will this be fixed in ver.10 ?  It's a real annoyance not to be able to see lights in reflections, especially mirrors :/

Well you can add a "Mirror" modifier on camera, it will do just that ;)

Same crashing here, it's really annoying.
One possible workaround is switching viewport(s) shading to wireframe before saving and overwriting a file in Photoshop.

Something like this custom node from BlenderGuru would be super useful to have in Corona/Max too :). F-Storm stochastic texture mode is similar to this I think.

May I ask you how you did the chamfering of cabinet doors.. is this single chamfer only, double or some custom chamfering method?
