[Max] I need help! / How to achieve this kind of light/shadows ?

Hi,

I was wondering if you guys could help me achieve thins kind of light.
I usually put some trees and stuff on the exterior to create this kind of shadows when light goes through the leafs but i was wondering if there are any other workaround that i am missing.

I have just a question for you, could you tell me how do i achieve these distorcion on the glass shader that you have on render 3?
if it's not too much to ask i would appreciate if you could share a printscreen of that material configuration so i can fully understand
