[Max] I need help! / Beginning Renderer Backburner Adapter Error

Hi,

I have some backburner problems on a part of our render farm (half of the rendernode licences are free for use). I get this rendercode Adapter Error: Autodesk reported error: Render Error (Beginning Renderer)
I have searched the forum and it says "it should be covered on the support platform(spent almost 1 hour searching for it and cant find it)"

I have tried to reinstall the plugins twice but no success (3dsmax 2021 + Backburner 2018). Anyone that have a quickfix for it?

Hi,
There are some issues with your payment on the website and I cant buy licences and its starting to get really urgent. My project is on hold because I cant proceed with the payment and it has gone 3 days now without any support. I have tried 5 different visa cards and paypal (company cards and private cards from Sweden).
My colleague contacted one of our banks and the response we got was that your supplier needs to update some terms of agreement due to EU direction.
Your sales on email doesnt reply so I thought it was better to try the forum to get some attention.

How can we sort this out?
