[Max] I need help! / automatic conversion using project manager

Hi,
I am using project manager to convert a large model library. I have been using the post merge convert materials.ms script in the batch conversion which does a good job of converting lights , materials etc but it does not reset the active renderer to Corona and set all the material slots to corona materials etc as is possible with the v1.45 script on the toolbar, nor is it possible to fix corona normal gamma values etc.
Is it possible to run the 1.45 script in batch with the most common options activated, or even better tailor those options which you would like activated?
