Casa da Raposeira is a personal project focused on landscape and architecture.
This elevated countryside residence overlooks a stunning valley, constructed atop pre-existing stone foundations to seamlessly blend with its natural surroundings.
Thanks for watching. Enjoy! :)

[Max] General Discussion / Corona Volume grid not working
« on: 2024-06-10, 16:59:11 »
Hello,
I create a new corona volume grid then "load from file" one of these VDB files at https://www.openvdb.org/download/ but loading of the file isnt working and nothing appears. Just appears the volume grid gizmo saying "no data loaded". Tried several VDB files but none is loading.

Used Volume Grid before... was pretty straight forward but in latest Corona 11 (3ds max) isnt working properly anymore for me.

Anyone can help?

Thanks
Jacinto

[Max] I need help! / License not working
« on: 2023-12-06, 16:19:56 »
Hello,
I have an active Corona license that will only expire mid december 2023.
Recently formated main computer and installed 3dsmax 2024 and newest corona version.
Once 3dsmax loads i go to render tab and says license isnt working.
The i go to "system" Click on "open license server" and web page pops up with a "sign in" to click.
Once i click on "sign in" page just refreshs and nothing happens.
What should i do?

Thanks in advance.
Jacinto

Fixed it. Just disable antivirus or give an exception to Cosmos folder.

[Max] I need help! / [solved] Cosmos problem
« on: 2022-10-19, 12:57:26 »
Hello, installed the newest Corona9 released last 17th October and having problems with downloading assets from Cosmos.
Same thing happened during 9 RC3.

Sharing a screenshoot.
Any asset that we try to download freezes at some percentage and if we keep trying to download more assets then they just show 0%

Thanks in advance!

Noticed that 3d assets are not fully downloading from the Cosmos now.

Its stalls randomly at 50-75% and doesnt move. Saves an empty paste in the hard drive and 3d asset doesnt merge to the scene.

Started happing after installing Corona 9 RC3

Hey!

Clouds weren't in that daily build, they were introduced later.

You should install RC3 :)

You can find it here:

Rowan

Thanks so much for the help!

Working fine now. Lovely!

Just my 2cents. Corona Sun doesnt seem to be affecting clouds volume light and shadows. What i mean is that if i only increase/decrease sun light intensity, the clouds seem to look the same.

Cool thanks so much!

Casa Evelia is an isolated minimalist vacation house surrounded by an "infinite" pine forest, close to the Atlantic Ocean. The idea was to make the house look naturally attached to the environment. Two houses in one well disguised in the landscape by the architect. Many quixel assets were used to represent nature and architecture.
