The residential block is located in Terrassa city centre (Barcelona). It is a rectangular plot on the corner of two roads, one of which is very busy. As such, the corner becomes one of the most important parts of the project due to its high visibility.

The Emergency Center is responsible for the safety of the whole core urban water network. The facade design fully respects the internal functions. In this building, everything revolves around the key function — emergency handing.

Polanco House

This apartment building is located along a quiet street in a thriving neighborhood in the heart of Mexico City. In decoration of internal space is used restrained material palette informed by local building traditions to produce a sense of deep warmth. The luxury of crafted raw concrete facades produces a dynamic creative tension between refined interiority and a sculptural exterior.
