Hi Zuliban,

Impressive work. I wanted to ask you a couple of questions.

What did you use Nuke for?
1- Shader Rebuilding compositing passes
2- Tone Mapping
3- Glares?
4- Grading

I'd like to understand if you've done the tone mapping directly in Corona or in Nuke.
I have used a gizmo in past that reproduces the Corona tonemapping tool plus Filmic Curve response. it is pretty good so I guess you've exported the linear renders...

I am amazed by the glares and was curious to know if you have built your own gizmo to achieve them or used any ready made stuff.
I think the Corona glares weren't available yet.

Thanks,

Giacomo.

Hi All,

Thanks for the appreciation.

Noah, the aircraft in the render is vaguely inspired by the Boeing 777 already in use commercially by Air France. Just inspired though.

Sebastian__ I think you got a point, might be the shadow termination bug but didn't bother me too much and I left it.

Ondra The future you forecast looks like the future of Ryanair?

Regards,

Giacomo.

Hi All,

I hope you are well.

I wrote a tutorial on how to model a Boeing 777 interior and render it in Corona.
You can read it at http://www.arteconi-cgi.com/blog/

I hope you like it.

Regards,

Giacomo.

I guess my exr is no more linear so not sure I can reverse engineer that but I hope so.

Hi All,

Apologies if the topic has been discussed already, I couldn't find anything about it.
I am tryng to reopen few exr renders in the frame buffer. My only goal is to change the tone mapping.
Is this someting that can be done?

I have read about resuming a render but I didn't take the further steps and seems like I can't do it since I didn't save the extra passes for the denoising.

Regards,

Giacomo.

Hi Iain,

Amazing work and great to hear that 2 of the best 3D artist in London are joining forces together.
I am big fun of yours and Alex work. I think you are a perfect match in terms of style.

Can I ask what RGB value are you using for the white walls? Diffuse and RGB. Looks a bright white to me but in other occasions I have been suggested to lower my diffuse to 180 / 200.

Regards,

Giacomo.
