Hi, I saw that VDB rendering got bumped from Corona 6 to “pot of big ideas”... that’s sad. Is there anything we can do to bump it back again?!

It seems that a IES Light within a cloner object hangs on "Preparing scene data" within Corona.
I'm trying to render around 1000 lights which render fine (and very quickly) when no IES profile is attached to them, however, it just hangs when I add them into a cloner object.

Would it be possible to have a way of measuring Lux from a render or even in the editor from a given light source or render on a given surface or point?

Yes, I was using the corona camera (it comes in as a tag on a regular C4D camera no?)
And yes, still the same blending 1 pixel problem on a Cubemap image

It seems there's a one pixel either side blend when rendering a Cubemap from Corona camera override... the screen shots opened in Photoshop show the blended pixel. Granted, this is an extreme case but there shouldn't really be any blending between orientations in a cube map.
