[Max] General Discussion / Commercial use of SSS sample object

I just download Strawberry-SSS tutorial, Kindly inform me can i use strawberry mesh in my commercial project for showing my product flavour available in strawberry. is it legal, and how can i get the permission because i am very new in 3ds max. and its my first question also. (Strawberries_SSS_Tutorial.zip)
