[Max] I need help! / corona materials library , how to dial with them ?

hey
im new to 3ds max and corona, i just purchased a license for corona
i like the materials in corona library but when i try to drag and drop them on object ,
and hit render, the result is a plain color !
how i can make materials appears exactly like that ones in corona materials library ?
do i need to make some configurations after applying the material to object ???
