Hardware / Help me upgrade my workstation

Hi all!
First Post. I want to upgrade my workstation because render times are extremely slowand its hard to progress and learn.
How can I upgrade it with least amount of money? What processor? I'd like to keep as much of my stuff to minimise the costs.
These are the specs I have now with the prices I paid back in 2016:
