I want a very dense liquid like milk inside the glass. But i'm unable to get the right look with caustics of glass turned on. Reference image attached.
Even removing the diffuse and adding volumetric scattering and refraction is not helping. The liquid still looks dark!

I created a glass material (using spline and loft tool) and added a solid (overlapping with the glass) inside the glass to act like a liquid and created a simple refractive material for glass and diffuse material for liquid.
The render was good when caustics of the glass material was turned off but I require caustics for better shadow from glass so by turning on caustics the result was not good. The liquid in the glass became darker with caustics of glass material turned on.
Any idea what went wrong here?
