Hello everyone! It seems like the right time to share our latest projects, but we’ll do it in parts – a wave of beautiful residential complex visualizations is coming, which could eventually become a hub for a young and close-knit community.

Let’s start with a realistic rendering called "Coffey Townhomes", one of the first in a series of three projects. The client for these suburban developments is the UK-based developer "Fromley". Their main goal is to attract funding for the construction of these buildings.

What do you think of the work? Do you believe that visualizations can serve not just as images, but as a powerful argument and convincing tool for investors?

The project, whose renderings blend traditional and modern architectural elements, has become a valuable guide for our client from the UK, Islandbridge Properties. These visualizations, serving as a mediator between the developer and a private client from the United States, also play a crucial role in conveying the scale of the restoration that will eventually take place on the property depicted in the project. In this context, our studio's work also acts as an additional tool for the successful sale of the residential property, located on the shores of Biscayne Bay, which, according to the client's expectations, should sell for no less than 30 million dollars!
