The main inspiration in this project was the nature and the unusual level of the landscape, on which there are cozy houses overlooking the lake.

Sebzor is a compromise between eastern elegance and modern rationality. This is the eastern comfort in the rhythm of the metropolis. If you build houses - then form the face of the city, then Sebzor is a flirtatious smile on the face of Tashkent.
The residential complex is located on Sebzor Street, which implies a developed infrastructure:
Lyceum of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, 3 schools, a children's hospital, a sports shop, cafes, restaurants, a gas station and a car wash. In the same complex is located a supermarket Makro and pharmacy Best Pharm.

Autonomy of heating and hot water supply is provided by its own boiler house on the territory of the complex. In each entrance Finnish lifts Kone are installed, there are places for wheelchairs, doorphones are installed.
