[Max] I need help! / Change color(map) by camera angle

Hi,
I`m trying to recreate veloure material and noticed that simple fallof map is totally unusefull in this situation. Long story short i want to make shader that will containt two mixed inverted fallofs that will change by camera angle(attached example)
