[C4D] I need help! / Corona Bitmap Problem

Hi.
I have a problem with Corona Bitmap which manifests itself in slower texture loading. For example, the standard Bitmap from C4D loads quickly and has no delays, but when I want to use Corona Bitmap it becomes a nuisance. Maybe someone has had a similar problem and knows how to fix it? Software version Corona 12 update 1, C4D R18.

Hi! I attach to this post. I have a similar problem after installing Corona 8. Before I was using the C7 version which I uninstalled before installing the latest version of Corona. I downloaded the installation file from the website and the installation was successful. Unfortunately, after opening the C4D R18, you can not see Corona in the program. I don't know what's wrong, can anyone help me?
