[Max] Bug Reporting / Corona Standalone does not save the render output

The standalone renderer seems to ignore all the output arguments passed to the command line. This prevents any automated/unsupervised usage. I hope it's a bug and not a "feature". :)

The bug is present for both V11 and V12. V10 works as expected.

Additionally, for V12, the renderer shows no messages whatsoever, including errors – it just quits. Changing the verbosity level or using log files is of no use.

The problem is that we calculate FOV from the horizontal size but you shot the image in the portrait mode. Changing the sensor width to 24mm (its physical height but logical width) should fix this.
