can you submit somethign to a contest that is allready built and not your idea? or is it just an execution contest. than its fine... but if the structure would be light wood I think it would add to your images. that slight tone of warmth would help in my eyes.

went for a redesign of of an old new york townhouse apartment with a classic look but yet bold in colours and contrasts.
realised with cinema4d & corona render alpha6.
