I cannot for the life of me get a volumetric material to show up in any form of mask or alpha channel. I don't know if this is by design, or I'm missing some checkbox somewhere to turn them on.
Clouds, Global Fog, everything is just black in any kind of mask/alpha. The only element that does seem to recognize them is the volumetric pass, but that seems to be a color pass of the volumetrics, not a true mask.
Sorry if this is a simple fix that I'm missing, or if it's been addressed before. I did a search, but saw nothing about it.
