[Max] I need help! / Feedback for an amatuer

Hi guys,

I'm brand new here and was looking for some advice. My renders don't get that realistic feeling and I'm not quite sure what it is exactly I'm not doing. My gut feeling is lighting is letting me down? I haven't done any post processing to these images.

Appreciate any feedback I'm just trying to improve.
