Hi Nekrobul!

Thank you for getting back to my post. Great comments and thanks for the link.

You were all very helpful! :)

Thank you, PROH!

I appreciate your time.

Maru, thank you for the comments. I know about the exposure, however I always have the impression that people tend to overexpose images either in photography, or 3D visuals. That can be easily tweaked in Lightroom, or Photoshop, along with the background outside.
Yes, now when you mentioned perhaps I need to increase the reflectivity slightly, although I was looking for matt finish.  The material on the kitchen island and worktops is supposed to be some sort of concrete – concrete layer on top.
I will get rid of the curtains and look in images. Thanks for the piece of advise!

Nekrobul, thank you for hoovering over my image, but I don’t quite understand your comments. What do you mean by “not okay”? I agree that the tiling should be different, perhaps the curtains are not the best models ever and the bar stool as well. Instead of importing models I wanted to make them myself. I know I have a lot to improve in terms of geometry and modelling, so I would appreciate if you get a bit more detailed. Only if you have the time.

Proh, I noticed the problem with the cupboards, but I couldn’t identify the source. :(
The lights can be better positioned, that’s true. As I said I will look into removing the curtains and improving on the worktops material.

Thank you all for your comments. I really appreciate your remarks. I will look into improving the scene and post the result.

Cheers :)

Work in Progress/Tests / First Render Attempts with Corona

Hi Corona Community,

I need some piece of advice from the more experienced 3D artists here. What do you think can be improved on the attached render? All comments are more than welcome.

For the render:
I only use Corona Sun + Environment, no extra lights. All materials are with good albedo.

Thanks in advance!
Veronika

Hi I would like to know what is the difference between level and glossiness when editing a material and how are they related to the colour/albedo?
