I have 3ds max 2016, Corona Render (1.5 daily build) and HDR Light Studio demo with live connection.
Every time i get the exact same error  :/

I wrote to Lightmap, but maybe you know where is the problem?

To claryfy - this is not my first contact with Corona, but first project made from start to finish. I am learning 3d for few months. Still a lot to improve :)

"Left side ceiling has a 10cm gap. Is this architectual or a mistake? Looks odd." - this is architectural
