Light, spacious, inspiring — this is how we visualized the interior of the penthouse, with a panoramic view of Melbourne.

Wherever it was possible — we created comfort. Tastefully selected textures of wood and marble create a special atmosphere for the whole room, while the contrast of polished smooth surfaces and fabric-stretched furniture gives a feeling of comfort in the house.

This is the second joint project we have implemented for our client CK Architecture.

It was important for the client to convey the luxury and at the same time the consistency of the style that pervades the modern interiors of Melbourne.

We have transferred ideas and wishes of our client from 2D drawings and paper to 3D visualization. Here we would like to delve directly into the creation process.

During the implementation of the project, we paid special attention to the elaboration of materials for the carpet, the wooden facade of the kitchen area and parquet.
For this we used high-resolution displacement maps with high detalization. When setting up wood and marble materials in one shader, we mixed different maps, especially Reflection and Normal, in order to bring the result as close as possible to the natural properties of these materials.

Also, we paid special attention to compliance color scheme of the project, so the interior looks stylish and solid. We tried to make all the materials and their shades as accurately as possible in Corona Renderer and extract an almost finished image from the frame buffer, and then only emphasize the details already done in the post-correction of the renders.

Restrained colors, calm tones. What could be more pleasant than returning to a place that exudes comfort and warmth, combined with sophistication and restraint.

This atmosphere was conveyed by the images when our work was ready. At the very beginning, the client told us about the main purpose of the project and gave us the vision that he wanted to implement.

Since the apartments are created for the life and life of people, our task was extremely clear — it is necessary to visualize comfortable conditions and an intuitive arrangement of everything that would be inside.

Thanks to the rationally designed layout, we managed to display all kinds of angles and emphasize the uniqueness, and most importantly, the practicality of the project.

The finished visualization met all the expectations of our client. After receiving warm approval, CK Architecture proceeded to implement the project and soon completed it successfully.

Architect: Olha Wood
Visualization: Suburbia Studio
Location: Ukraine, Kyiv
Year: 2018

What is this picturesque place? Coniferous forest around and amazing landscapes. The fortress is outside — cozy inside. This is how we visualized a private house with an area of 200 square meters, located near Kyiv.

We talked to the architect in a short interview. It was important to hear the client's wishes regarding the project and the architect's proposal.

One of the tasks was to visualize the project directly for the project customer, the other was to create a work of unquestionable quality, which was to replenish the architect's portfolio and be used in marketing materials and publications.

The green space on the roof of the garage was quite an extraordinary solution, but we managed to recreate it in 3D.

One of the main ideas of the project was to preserve every tree on the territory where house will construct. Although it is quite a bold decision and nature-friendly, at the same time very difficult. The architect designed the house between the trees, and our team embodied this idea in visualization.

A private area and second guest room will be near to the village. However, we closed from the village view the atrium of the second guest room and a private area with a long two level corridor, covered with grey wooden cladding.

We managed to recreate the material of Pilkington glass blocks in the corridor so accurately that, like in the real world, they scatter light throughout the rooms, but do not show the interior.
Huge windows and white walls literally fill space with light inner courtyard and interiors. Such glazing defines the style of this homе.

Everything depicted looks very natural thanks to the colossal work on the shaders. No doubt it was worth it.

Visualization of this project and replenishment of the architect's portfolio did not make him wait for the result. Architect received a series of requests for the design of private homes from individuals and developers.

The project has been published on Archello, K.Sina, Restless.Arch and has received over 17 million views.

Want to receive interesting and highly paid architectural projects? We will create unsurpassed portfolio visualizations for you or visualize your real commercial project. We will breathe new life into your portfolio, thanks to which you will be able to receive high-level projects immediately!

The house above an old road
This is our commercial visualization for a house next to pine forest near Kiev, Ukraine.
Our customer was amazing architect and interior designer Olha Wood. Cooperation was productive, we have got many comments and feedback. It helped us to convince her vision on our visualizations.
One of ideas for this project was to save every tree in the area. It is a brave choice and nature-friendly to keep them but this task is complicated.  Architect design this home around those trees and we made 3d models for every one of them.
Landscape looks so real from every point of view because we worked a lot on shaders, layers and their connections. Without a doubt it was worth it.

Cannondale Track 1992 3.0 Series

I would like to present you my new joint project with a great pleasure. It does not quite match a theme of design, which I devote all my time, but this project touched upon me here too, because the subject of the bike attracts me since early ages.

Thus, the project was created in conjunction with Vladimir Pospelov. My task was to present a bike model Cannondale Track 1992 3.0 Series of high precision copy and to pay attention to all it’s details in the previous project " Les Faisses de Cantecor " -  https://www.behance.net/gallery/29819483/NEW-DESIGN-INTERIOR-LES-FAISSES-DE-CANTECOR , to take into consideration all the details and to choose interesting and compositionally correct angles, to exhibit an attractive light to read the bulk property, to focus the viewer's attention on specific details using depth of shrillness. In general, to get the highest quality and photo-realistic result, because the model could be reproduced scrupulously by my colleague in 1.5 years, to make detailization in the modeling and shaders setting.

I was probably working as hard as Vladimir on this project because of addiction, although I had other commercial projects at that time. I was so obsessed with the project that could not stop thinking about it, and it was just the one thing that excited me. Money is not such a significant thing like the passion that motivates us.

Perhaps it will be one of the last projects where I leave the link to profile Behance under my projects. This year - 2016, I want to test the limits of my capabilities, and believe, if a person can imagine something then , he can get it in the future. I follow on one good quote by Henry Ford: "If you believe you can do it - you're right, and if you think you can not, you're also right too." So, to succeed in life you must love what you are doing! In my turn, I was very responsible when approaching this work. I wasted a lot of time to implement the project, to attend the note that is part of the work, which is not paid much attention to by other people, but for me it is very important that the project should be well "packed", the attention should be paid to every detail, because it conceals all responsibility and the value of the project.
«The model was created for a long time, in my spare time. I was 5 years of ride a fixed-gear, so I decided to combine my passion for bikes with the work. Fixed gear bikes become very fashionable and popular, it is a true city bike is suitable for young people. I made a model for use in architectural and interior projects for this peoples. The quality that I asked is not represented by any other in track cycling. I plan to produce few easy frames, wheels and components, in order that everyone can collect different builds, as it happens in real life on fixed-gear scene. I emphasized the material for Corona Renderer. But for Vray fans, there is also a version for Vray» - Vladimir Pospelov. http://www.turbosquid.com/Search/Artists/spel?referal=spel
(For technical issues or some questions to purchase a model please write: speltospel@gmail.com)

Some of my previous works had noisy pictures. That’s why in this project, I decided not to publish any work, which will have clear noise effects .I scrupulously checked every part of the pictures for presence of noise effects and created a number of tools in post processing, to achieve the maximum result because people who look through my works, spend their time, and I really want that them to get useful, information, ideas and new opportunities for themselves.

We tried very hard to make it attractive. We are very grateful for viewing, for your comment and for the estimated job.
