This project includes visualization ideas of modern residential area houses based on a project of KTGY Architecture + Planning located in LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA its include a collection of 10 new single-family detached homes in Silver Lake.

So, first of all, the project transmits the atmosphere done with cg. It is a coziness of after rainy sunny evening, with its own history, as well as day-time architecture with barely cloudy weather and people.

Thank you Juraj finally receive a comment from you, I was so inspire of your work when began first steps with corona. There was so many details in end of entire project, and you know when you work and spend a lot of time you didn't see details at the end  you could missed some thing that was happen with bed. After I post this images I was think ok let it be.

Hi guys I'm preseting my project that was done for Evermotion Challenge  Whole lotta loft  and took 3rd place.

One day in  loft  of artist who lives in  brooklyn. My render essay

I've  have been working on this project for 2 month and day every day I made a part of detail . I like industrial lofts, and I decided to do an interior  that could be an excellent studio for the artist in New York. As an inspiration I found a book called Twenty Minutes in Manhattan, Michael Sorkin who wrote this book. He is an architect and writer, every day walks downtown from his Greenwich Village apartment through Washington Square to his Tribeca office.
Author describes each detail in book like Woody Allen's characters from films Manhattan and Annie Hall. Hes described everything from NYC building stairs, stoops. That was so inspired and also I found in movie called a Love and other Drugs a beautiful industrial loft interior. I was so inspired of this things that I decided to made my imagined artist interior located in Brooklyn.

Gallery / House White Box in Maastricht

House insert located between the old buildings in Maastricht, Netherlands. It is located in the area near the river Meuse.
The building  contains  5 meters wide with tiny area of ​​80 square meters, overlooking the street, but the colorful world hidden within urban areas. On the streets lined with buildings of varying heights, size, material, the facade of age and approach.
Definline designers and architects wanted to create a sharp contrast; to express the inherent clarity, but more importantly to enhance the beauty of the surroundings. The main idea of customers they wanted to use the house as a private studio gallery, so they need walls for art, not for personal life. We created a single space, gently sections, thin-prone steel plates. Cover the entire width of the house and divide their program - kitchen, dining room, living room, library, bed, bath, and a rooftop terrace.Mechanical and suitable office space near the entrance.. This simple system creates many different spatial experience in this very small project.It focuses on non-minimalist and lively sequence of closed and ventilated areas, niches, interior and exterior, horizontal and vertical views, and carefully framed views of the site. Continuous internal space opens to the street in the middle of the block, and the sky above.

Thanks for reply guys. The main idea of this project was concept. As for cg visualization I think some of people does not like DOF or other details. But this not the main goal,The main goal is the idea  that we producing and presenting is the basic for us. CG is only tools for your presentation creative idea but it is still most important thing.

Gallery / Cozy Scandinavian interior in Gothenberg(Free 3D MODEL)

This cozy and super charming apartment offers all the modern conveniences with a sleek Scandinavian design, located in  in Gothenberg, Sweden. The home has its own special character, lovely, humorous and leaves a strong impression. Throughout the apartment are finishes of painted white tiled floors and decorative moldings, while a rustic kitchen with bistro feel provides a modern and personal feel. Comprised of 430 square feet (40 square meters), this small home boasts efficient space utilization with dining for eight seated guests, living room with space for a sofa and armchair, large balcony and bedroom with space for a double bed as well as plenty of natural light. My favorite details are colorful and fun paintings and pop art posters – they really give the character to the space.
