hello, i have read all thats written here, i understand the benefits of tx files but it should have the option to have somewhere all the maps as jpg. in my workflow i never had the need for more ram. for example if i want to edit a material and change its appearance, its easier with a jpg to get the map i want. the utility of the materials is mostly if you start from them and make your personalized ones, considering the cosmos is very limited (look at wood for example, almost never i havent had the colours i needed for my projects). so, in conclusion, what is the easiest way, what program do you use just for opening a *tx file and save it to a more usable format ? thank you
