[Max] I need help! / License server error -197

I have an urgent problem, I'm in the middle of work. I bought a monthly license Corona, it's in active products but it's not visible on the license server. 3ds max displays the problem: No active Corona for 3ds Max license. Looks like there is no active license for this product.
I am asking for urgent help, please!
