[Max] I need help! / Re: 3ds max (corona) files crash when open on another computer

I'm not install Scatter, forest pack, floor generator etc.
But max files I created from PC (A) are still can not open on PC (B)
This is a report and minidump files. Hope you can help me to solve it

Hi,

I'm using 3ds max 2025 (the latest version I download from Autodesk) and Corona Render 12 Update 1 (hot fix 1) (the latest version I downloaded from Chaos).
The problem is:
- My .max file can not open on another computer. I received "Application Error - An error has occurred and the application will now close.". But this file is still open property on my computer.

I had tried:
- Merge to new max file
- Save as new max file
- Format and Reinstall windows

Hi everyone, I have been re-modeling and rendering the 3D of a room in Amanoi Resort based on a real picture.
I'm using Sketchup, 3ds max, Chaos Corona. Photoshop for post-production.
