[C4D] I need help! / Chaos Cosmos won't start / open

Hey all, hope someone can help
I purchased and download Corona yesterday, but when i click on the Chaos Cosmos option in the drop down menu i get an error message page.
I have tried all the steps on there (please see attachment) but nothing resolves the issue.
I have also opened a support ticket with Chaos but no response so far.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
I'm running Cinema 4D 2023 on Mac with OS Big Sur 11.7.6
