Private residence | 310 sqm
The main feature of the project is the special architectural concrete with imitation of stone. Special additives reduce the porosity of this concrete and make it an eternal material that can possibly last for more than 1000 years, much like the concrete used in the Roman Colosseum (construction date 80 AD) or Pantheon (construction date 126 AD). From this point of view this is the asset that wouldn't go down for several generation of several buyers of this property. This is the ideological core of the project on which all other decisions are strung.

3D animation from studio ATAO employing rotoscoping technology to integrate live-action footage of actors into the 3D environment.
The living rooms of this project has big jumbo-sized windows. But the main feature is that bedrooms and bathrooms have blinds/louvers from outside on windows which continues as lines on the facade that envelop the entire building, creating a unified volume. So, by interacting with the blinds/louvers, residents of the apartments interact with the entire building's facade.

Eye-level renders with a focus on the life of residents
Eye-view level renders can reveal the future life in the future residential complex in the most accurate way.
Image foregrounds with people can both distract the viewer from the building and opposite - bring the viewer closer to the building, bring in to the image...
Just as in the movie you associate yourself with the close-up filmed main character - you can associate yourself with the close-up of residents shown on visualizations

Hi, so the Vimeo embedding doesn't work?
I can't understand this is a problem in my browser or not, but I see only "Not a valid vimeo URL" after trying to embed the video
