Hello,

I want to create my own Default folder structure when Setting up my current project folder.

There are far to many folder and subfolders and here at the company where i am working they have their own structure that I have to use and I don't want to do this manually every time I am working on a new project.
can someone help me with some standard max folder organsation stuff?
i want to use my own created folder structure in Max and not the Default one by Autodesk that will be created every time i setup a new project.
it seems people have the same issue since 2014 ... is there no other way?

The Script isnt there anymore ... maybe someon know how to fix the problem without it?  :-)

ok thank you.
But sometimes i have to make the interior light really bright to get a glimpse what happens inside
So i have push the lights to its limits. when i do this in the light properties and want to lower it later on i have to do such small steps that it wouldnt be as precise as the other way around ...

Hello,

when I save the Lightmix values during my work and than add new lights to the scene and generate light mix again, then reload my saved LM File for the lights i already worked out, the whole values are messed up in sense of order.

It seems that Corona Frame Buffer read the file from top to bottom and the light intensity values (and colours) are not fixed to a particualr light source .... thats pretty messed up :-(

Is there a chance to make a corona scene converter from 3D Max to Cinema 4D?

I tried 3D To All but it doesnt work all the time sometime i have to reboot max oder cinema because it doesnt overwrite the files i exported 10 minutes ago even if i delete them manually it doesnt rewrite them ... :-(

  There are so many better 3D artists..but none of them are as lazy and chaotic as me!! And my approach is minimum effort for maximum result, and I don't think many people can offer that type of advice as good as me.

Hello sorry for the late reply.

the attached file shows a typical tree from chaos cosmos. In the tutorial from the common point they explained how they set up their tree mats much mor simpler.

For example no map in the IOR Value and for the leafs you can use for example only one material instead of three (the bitmap is exactly the same) for color variance you could use corona multimap. and they show that there is no need for front back material. So everything is much easier to control. This would be a huge benefit in our everday work because we redo these steps every time.

I would like to see that the chaos cosmos libary for foliage materials would be created much simpler, as shwon in the training, so that you didnt have to go thru all the values and change them
