[C4D] I need help! / no licenses available

My corona render suddenly stopped working and could not obtain a license. Opening the license server shows "no license available". I have active product - Corona renderer for Cinema 4d - Fair SaaS from 2019. Only change in my setup is upgrade my router to a faster one. Reinstalling didn't help :(
