How can you achieve the light effect as in attached image?
I created an ellipse with glass material, shelled the geometry and placed a rectangle light at the bottom of the case  pointing towards the wall but I cant seem to achieve the same result?
Tried dispersion, caustics, IES etc.. but that same glow on the wall is what I am trying to achieve.
Any suggestions are most welcome.

How would you go about creating an emerald gemstone material with the same inner distortion effect like in attached image?
