Hey guys, i have a non commercial work to aid an organization and i did this animation to show a virus RNA replication inside a cell. The modeling is very simple, the aim is the layman public. The basic difficulty was the transparency of the cell, frame render was about 15 to 40 minutes. PT + HD cache. Just 1 sphere light in the scene. The images are raw render and the animation:

I used PT + HDCache (2000x1500), PT samples 40 and msi 400. Here with 10, 25, 50 and 861 passes (final image without pos). Arm's cello show de noise of dof. I'll work the materials as soon as I have time, thanks! :)
