Hi, yes i wondered about this as well.

It would be handy to have a 'Download asset from library' button in the corona proxy menu
so it downloads the used asset from the Chaos Cosmos library.

Yes, i agree babumbol.
I didnt expect it to go sour this quickly after Chaos takeover
and i do feel bad for the originators because i felt their great
attitude towards their community and love for the product.
It's now just business as usual and they can't go back.

This clarifies a little bit and should be send before the 'subscription change' email an hour ago.

Price for the first month: 418.80 EUR"


New price : 289,99..  for what, no info?
418,80 first month?? huh?

I logged into my account and noticed i am on premium??
Never did i ordered this, so whats the deal here?

Thanks for the suggestion j.nosh but i don't see how that would work.

mmarcotic, i will see if i can make a test scene once i finish this job.
Currently i just use a diffuse material on camera projection and tuned it manually
and not use the shadow catcher material at all.

im trying to setup a project with backplate (background) but the same image used as
the background in the shadowcatcher is rendering brighter than the background.
How can i fix this?

There's this plugin to convert max to c4d.

I honestly think you will be better of with blender.
It will be very likely better in the end anyway and
there is corona as a plugin.

No more workarounds.

Why does Corona touch Opengl anyway?
No need to invent the wheel again.
C4d does that perfectly fine (well, except r23..ugh)..

+1 for Mix texture (Add material Since R21) feature.

I cannot stack more than one material or am I missing something?

Base Material (Sand) + Second Material (Grass) + Opacity Material stacked isn't working.
Only the transparent grass is showing.

Hiya,

i'm having issues with 4 hotfix1 (and 4) when i switch from pre4 to 4 (autobump) using displacement. (see att.)
What can i do to fix this?
I can upload the scene if needed.

When i cancel the switching and save the scene, after that it doesnt ask me to swith when opening again.
So am i still using the old displacement (pre4) in that case?

Hi all,

Quick question about ordering.

I am in the Netherlands.
What is the difference on the ordering page between 'Netherlands' and 'Netherlands (English)' ? (see top right of the page).
Is this only the language on the ordering page or..?
I'd like to have the english version of Corona.

try creating your brick textures with bricks'n'tiles to your own liking.
variation ie. (noise) is the way to more realistic images.
