hi adam... i started the DR rendering yesterday (PT PT after talking) and now, a few hours ago, it showed me that message:
-> maybe the reason is, that one of 3 slaves stopped working cause of overheating, but i dont know...
after cancelling the merging process it went further...

Im loving that great renderer... thx for that
intel sixcore/4.1ghz... 3.5K rendertime = 40 minutes... 21 gig RAM

i wanted to test my new hardware with corona, and so i started 15 hours ago by modelling and detailing a fabric, house, garden---> now its a church (which is revitalised blablabla)...
--> corona never crashed with that 21 GIG RAM scene ( 400mb filesize)
a few years ago i tested some unbiased renderers , but with the hardware nowadays, its possible to express yourself.
Thx corona for that great stuff. i think im in for about 10% ... if we got time, we will test the elements and some night shots with that scene...

Hi.. i just asked lasse rode bout that problem, and it crashes at his PC too, if he starts the file:
...................................................

im just doing an animation, but at everytime i wanna render 800 frames out, it crashes (6 seconds after start-> til "parsing the scene")... (with and without loading GI)

stills are working fine ...
Settings:
Path Tracing + HD cache //DOF and BOKEH off
-> enough RAM, enough Space
