Hi All,

This may be a very stupid question.

If i do a region render and allow it to render for 220 passes, would that same region look the same after 220 passes without the region on ? I am trying to figure out how many passes I would need to clean up an image without actually rendering the whole image as I want to send it to a farm.

Yes, same number of passes should give you exact quality, only render time will differ.

Ok that's great to know, yes I figured it would take longer if that was the case. Just helps in calculating render passes rather than an unknown.
